To develop and meet the main requirements of an organization, managers should design an evaluation form designed to evaluate the performance of employees regarding their level of understanding and the quality of their work . According to Bradford and Burke (2005) an annual performance appraisal is a management system that allows managers to set objectives, processes and management practices that ensure effective management, motivation and development of each team member. Performance appraisals create effective habits among members as employees are able to clearly understand organizational goals and identify how best to achieve those goals. Managers make sure to evaluate the best process that will be able to improve the performance of their employees (Jones, 1997). In this process managers should be able to ensure that team members achieve their goals and objectives. Team members should also constantly improve and develop their skills to become a great asset to the organization. Managers should ensure that barriers to improvement are addressed by having a one-on-one conversation with team members and listening to any concerns. The issues and concerns raised should be resolved immediately and in the most effective manner to avoid serious problems in the future. Managers should also be in a position to ask themselves whether their employees are achieving the company's desired expectations and whether they have the potential to achieve these goals. Finally, managers should be able to evaluate how much employees have improved since the previous evaluation or the value they have added to their development since the manager began supervising. ...... half of the sheet ...... organization output. This should be an ongoing assessment for the supervisor to show to their members. This makes employees feel valued, thus motivating them to perform better. The fourth step involves getting to know each team member based on their skills, competences and personal behaviors. This will allow you to understand them well and will also improve mutual respect.
