Bar graphs representing the number of people's responses to the questionnaire regarding their knowledge of vitamin C results. Most people had fairly good knowledge of other fruits and vegetables that contain vitamin C. 80% of people knew at least one example of a fruit or vegetable. The answers provided were correct (research was done to ensure the results were true). This shows that people's knowledge about the different types of fruit and vegetables that contain vitamin C is reasonably good: only 20% could not name one, but the rest could and some people even gave 6 examples. Results Most (90%) of people eat the food immediately after the food has been cooked. This is an excellent result because none of the people exceeded 2 hours because the earlier the food is eaten, the less nutritional value will be lost.
