It may not be today, it may not be tomorrow, but it will be soon. Some people are able to handle everyday situations and the stress that arises, others are not. If you keep everything bottled up inside and don't talk about it, it will become increasingly difficult to deal with all the things that happen in your life. Therapy can sometimes help an individual deal with any difficulties they are facing. Some people need medications to help them cope with reality. Others can go to the gym and work out for a couple of hours and be back to normal
