Community College Qatar opened in Qatar a few years ago and is the first community college. CCQ plans to increase opportunities for those who want to work and prepare, and for students who need to prepare and develop to continue their education at different universities. The CCQ announcement published in the newspaper and Medias was not clear regarding the university tuition system. The college begins receiving students in a separate temporary building. The students were disappointed with the college's decision to separate students. CCQ should offer mixed classes for students because it prepares them for the work environment and develops their self-confidence. CCQ students need mixed classes to be engaged in the work environment. The mixed classes of the CCQ will be the reason why boys and girls will tackle and work together. Therefore, the work environment needs the workforce to work as one team regardless of gender, so mixed classes could be part of the development in Qatar. CCQ's decision to mix classes will be a win-win decision for student development and prepare them for a successful work environment. Another reason to have mixed classes in CCQ is to develop students' self-confidence. The most important point in developing student's self-confidence is to build a creative student in college. Therefore, we start with mixed classes and give students the freedom to express and discuss their ideas. Mixed students who have their own ideas create a different personality from others when the student feels independent and confident. Mixed classes are not just classrooms, but it is the classes that build successful personalities and creators. For example, Qatar Foundation has many different universities with mixed classes and every year they graduate creative, successful and successful students.
