Schools and other units of the University will, over time, develop individual strategic plans that support and harmonize with the University Strategic Plan. Every member of the University community is invited to participate in ongoing conversations about the University's goals and to help establish numerous specific short- and long-term initiatives. The intention, therefore, is to align efforts at school and operational level as much as possible with these strategic objectives and to measure our progress, using key performance indicators at all times.
