These goals are aligned with the organization's annual business plan. These organizational objectives are translated into service objectives and industry practices within TCS to ensure that organizational objectives are achieved. All higher-level objectives are ultimately translated into individual performance measures. Performance is monitored against the achievement of these pre-set individual goals. Evaluators review individual performance on a quarterly basis against set goals. These objectives are revisited and modified as necessary. Performance is finally anchored to a point on a scale, ranging from 1 to 5. The objective is to highlight excellent performances and to develop an improvement plan for people who do not reach the required performance.
