When new immigrants arrive in Canada, several native Canadians are disturbed by the act because they believe they bring no benefit to the country. There are other assumptions that the lifeblood of Canada is Native Canadians. Both statements are false because new immigrants are the lifeblood of Canada and the benefits they bring to Canada are revealed through workforce, new discoveries and services. Businesses need workers to function, but sometimes the salary employees receive can be a problem. Canadians constantly want higher pay, but the company or manager thinks otherwise. This is where the role of new immigrants comes into play. New immigrants look for work when they first arrive, which means they will take the first job they acquire.
