I. Introduction In recent years, physical activity has been associated with improved well-being in those people who advance into old age, as well as being conceptualized as healthy aging. Studies show that physical activity in adulthood or healthy aging, except the effect or benefit of actively taking it later. We studied the association between physical aging and healthy people with follow-up. This literature review examines the benefits of exercise among older people. Previous studies show that it is not too late to be fit. Our body is sensitive to exercise, regardless of age, and the health benefits of exercise. If you are over forty, corpulent, suffer from chromium-related or sometimes secondary health problems, we recommend that you consult your doctor before undertaking any new physical activity. This review of older people who exercise highlights the limitations of medications and suggests the beneficial effect of exercise on older people's need for a comprehensive solution that can be combined with the use of medications, a balanced diet and sleep .
