Topic > Why I want to go into restaurant management - 1834

It's all about my career, what I want to be and what I'm following, what attracts me to be the one with this career. The chosen career is Restaurant and food service management: what is supplied and produced, how it actually works, what it takes to be a restaurant manager, skills and qualifications, characteristics and the main points of a manager in a profitable business for the best and most successful career, in the end I chose 2 personalities with some different options who work in that field and who give advice on how to become a successful leader of a company, that's what it's about in telling what is created by a restaurant manager, educational salary, entry level and experience needed to be a highly successful person in this particular career and field. I choose this career because it suits my personality and it is also a family tradition, I learned the sector from my father who was a chef. My debut in the food industry happened when I was 15 years old, starting from a small drinks shop. It all starts from that shop on which I build my name as a waiter and as the boy who never stops. That's how it all started and since then I've stuck with the industry from job to job, I was the best guy out there. So I start thinking about management and the industry and the job I would like to do and I like the idea of being an owner or a manager and running a restaurant. It is a difficult choice however because it requires many possibilities and sacrifices, this job is a job that never sleeps, never rests and never stops. Because everyone wants a place to eat and especially in the UNITED STATES where the majority of the population wants and prefers... middle of paper... in the real world, I use these skills and characteristics that have always been a manager, and I already have a certain experience in this sector, that's why I believe it is perfect for me, I have experience as a waiter for 4 years and in those 4 years I have seen the sector from a very close view and I have seen how a manager works and reacts to situations solves problems problems innovates for the restaurant and does the best for the successful business, in my experience as a waiter it taught me how to improve my personality and create characteristics that I didn't have before because when a child is 15 years old he does not have fully grown characteristics, but I am still in the process of adapting and improving my character and skills. The advice they are getting now in this industry is to sacrifice to work too hard and learn everything you can and never speak for what you have seen.
