Research can give us a chance to conduct research in our university and address the issues that may be involved. We are making sure that our research can obtain suggestions or opinions among UUM students regarding rail transportation. The factor that influenced the social behavior can be identified while conducting the research. We believe that the research we have conducted can be explored with further suggestions on solutions to improve rail transport services and will be mentioned in the concluding part. 1.7 Conclusion In conclusion, we can see that rail transport in Malaysia is very much in need of improvement in transport trip ratio in the current scenario compared to the target scenario in Peninsular Malaysia based on the results of Figure 1. In the next chapter we will discuss the relationship between factor influence and social behavior towards rail transport. Furthermore, we need to find out some other reasons why people don't choose rail transportation as their commute
