Topic > Morality and Inegrity in Achieving Goals at Work

I believe that staying unhappy or motivated is always our choice. The desire to achieve can certainly lead to significant results, and the most difficult roads lead to the top. Every achievement starts with a dream and if one has goals then he is much ahead of people who have never thought about it. At the same time, I believe one must have the highest standards of morality and integrity while examining its objectives. I started my corporate journey on a challenging note. When I started my career as a beginner and started working on a time-critical project and a foreign programming language, I learned the programming language in a few weeks and delivered the project on time and without defects . My employer appreciated my efforts with the Rising Star Award. It was my first corporate award and an achievement in itself as I was among the few people to receive this award out of 5000-odd, in 60 development centers around the world. It was the moment everyone learned that I am a self-motivated self-starter, that I enjoy working in productive, fast-paced teams, and that I want to build great products. Soon the next opportunity came, where my managers chose me over my seniors to work with the client development team in London and liaise directly with the client. I was still settling into the industry and understanding the different aspects of it, but I accepted the challenge. Soon the baton passed to me for all the major responsibilities. It was a time to showcase my interpersonal skills and work with other teams, both in supervisory and development staff roles. It was a difficult project due to the complexity of the design and the team, but we managed to complete it on time and on budget. Recognizing my determination to... middle of paper ......ability to senior leaders and the organization and this visibility has resulted in increased opportunities to be trained or mentored, as well as being recognized by others in the organization. These results motivate me to achieve better results in any environment. These involvements also include more frequent senior meetings and asking for my opinions more frequently. Furthermore, by identifying these businesses, the organization has demonstrated improved engagement and commitment by providing a clear career path that identifies next steps in terms of development and experience and movement. I believe it was my honest and persistent commitment to doing the best I could under all circumstances that led to these results and I still retain the glow of satisfaction that came after achieving these difficult tasks that required my best.
