Smart people do their homework well in advance and thoroughly. You have to trust and sell them your vision, goals, values and ideologies through your culture and actions. They can help you achieve your goals with the passion, work ethic and values they share. If you hire smart people and expect them to work as your “resources,” it may not work. We should respect people for who they are and how they are. Values and culture are not spread/shared by publishing or printing them, but by living them, bringing them and giving an example yourself so that others can follow them.
