Addiction to online pornography negatively affects the addicted person's serious relationship or marriage, the addicted person's partner, and the person themselves. Trust 56% of divorces in America, which translates to approximately 500,000 divorces each year, are caused by one party's addiction to pornography. There are many consequences of pornography addiction that lead to divorce between couples. One of the main consequences of... middle of paper... problems. Conclusion Husbands and wives are both negatively affected by a person's pornography addiction and this causes many problems within the marriage and family. Addicted husbands often lose interest in their wives both sexually and emotionally. They may lose interest in their family and begin to emotionally distance themselves from the family. Women feel inferior and lose trust in their husbands when they discover pornography addiction. God and the authors of the Bible warn Christians not to fall into the trap of adultery. God understands what happens to us emotionally when we get involved in this type of activity. While it is possible to recover from these temptations, it is a long and difficult process for both husband and wife. Today's society is obsessed with sex, but staying away from these temptations can only make your marriage stronger.
