Based on this opinion many people think that you are not ready to drive until you reach 21, and those people are trying to raise the legal driving age to 21. Well, that would be ridiculous. It is not possible to derive someone's maturity and responsibility from their age. That would be completely unfair. Sure, there may be some teens under the age of 21 who are not mature or responsible, but not all teens under the age of 21 are like that. Furthermore, there are many people aged 21 and over who are neither mature nor responsible. That said, you cannot simply assume that someone under the age of 21 is neither mature nor responsible.
