I am currently the general manager of a local restaurant. While many of the tasks of running a restaurant are shared between me and the restaurant owner, I still have a lot of room to make an impact. I plan to use what I have learned from The Goal and my position as general manager to make the restaurant a success, i.e. to help it make money.
