I am currently the general manager of a local restaurant. While many of the tasks of running a restaurant are shared between me and the restaurant owner, I still have a lot of room to make an impact. I plan to use what I have learned from The Goal and my position as general manager to make the restaurant a success, i.e. to help it make money. The three things I will do is realize that a restaurant is just like any other business in the sense that its main goal has to be to make money, create a system that works for the restaurant to make money and I would adapt to that. trends in
