“Whoever dances is considered crazy by those who don't hear the music”. George Carlin wrote this because he knew how important dancing is. Dance is not just something you do; it's a lifestyle. Encourage people to express themselves and be who they truly are. It keeps people more mentally aware of things in their lives; it helps to increase self-confidence, and it is all possible by experimenting with different dance styles. Most people dance because it's a way to express themselves. When dancing a person can explain a lot to people in their movements rather than struggling to say it. Isadora Duncan says "My art is only an effort to express the truth of my being in gestures and movements." Modern dance is known to be a great way to express yourself emotionally. Things like shaking someone's hand, raising a glass to toast, greeting or applauding an artist. We are making some form of movement. We live in a universe of time, space and dance is an art form invented by humans to express and convey emotions. It is profound (Anderson, 2004, p. 8). There are melodies that, once played, will make your heart sink with sadness for known reasons. “In song and dance man expresses himself as a member of a superior community. He has forgotten how to walk and talk and is about to fly in the air, dance... his very gesture expresses enchantment. It is certainly true that we can recognize emotions when they are expressed through body movement and dance. Modern dance encourages other dancers or choreographers to use their own emotions or moods to design the steps of the routine. Dancing is useful because it helps the mental body. “In 2012, Swedish researchers conducted a study with over a hundred...... half of paper....../quotes/tag/dance>.Castillo, Stephanie. “The trick of happiness you've never tried”. www.prevenzione.com.
