Changing and evolving, technology has impacted everyone's lives irrevocably. Starting in 2003 with MySpace, social networking is an aspect that has completely revolutionized people's daily lives. The empire created by MySpace was then further expanded by a new generation of social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. This era was characterized by innovative new features, including video chat and increased commercialization of businesses, which led to greater popularity and intangible growth. The change in social networks in recent years has modernized the daily lives of ordinary people through the development of innovative features that connect people better than ever across the world. The era of social networking revival was started by MySpace, one of the world's first popular social media sites. It marked the beginning of research and development on social networks to raise its standards to the high expectations people have today. MySpace was founded by Chris DeWolfe and Tom Anderson in 2003 as a project to connect eUniverse employees, but it quickly turned into a race to see which employee could add the most users. MySpace soon had over twenty million users. The next stage of development was to launch the website for public use, however the question arose whether to keep it paid or perhaps charge for it. It now became clear that the best solution was to leave it free to maximize the number of users. The project became an instant success!
