This is because I'm fresh out of the academy and don't have much experience with the police. I work hard to eliminate these traits by trying to get into as many different scenarios as possible and communicating as much as possible with the campus community. I strive to feel more comfortable, inviting, and comfortable in my position as a police officer. With time and experience I will no longer be the cold, calculated robot I appear to be. “Why I want to get a Masters degree from Bethel University and what I will do with it.” I am a woman who lives every day with passion and tenacity, with my soul on fire. I have achieved a lot in my career so far and I know the next step is a degree. Bethel University is an excellent institution, with morals and integrity equal to my own. To continue the forward drive I have dedicated my life to, I must continue to grow and learn everything I can about my chosen field.
