BioServer Systems Selection ProcessBioServer Systems (BSS) provides secure web server space to its customers. The company is young but has grown exponentially thanks to its innovative encryption technology sought after by many companies, even luring some government clients. Stanley Jausneister owns the company and was able to capitalize on his network of pharmaceutical contacts accumulated from his previous career in that industry. A long-time customer recently had to fire one of his employees for attempting to sell pharmaceutical crops to someone overseas. The client realized that he not only had problems with background checks, but he contacted Stanley to see if BSS was actually conducting valid background checks. An analysis of the BSS interview process and subsequent background testing will be reviewed. The recommended background tests for BSSBSS have many clients who have access to data that could affect the national security of the United States. Their clients have access to cultures of potential bioterrorist weapons including plague and anthrax.
