Stopped handing out red stickers when students were late and started accepting students' different opinions in terms of Yes, leading to a more flexible learning environment which allowed students to receive less stress and develop personalized study habits with some relaxation after lessons. It took a lot of time and effort to convince my teacher, but he taught me that sometimes real changes require authenticity and patience to happen. Even though I am not a psychologist, I now know that this is the best way to face difficulties and convince others: when I find myself facing a difficult situation or an opinion that I don't share, what I try is to knock on the door with more sincerity and generosity in my heart; what I carry is the unshakable hope that one day the door will swing open and lead to better understanding and true agreement.
