In his essay “Gay “Marriage”: Societal Suicide,” he argues that “Marriage is the traditional building block of human society, intended both to unite couples and to produce children in the world" (Colson, p. 535). He also states that "The family, led by a married mother and father, is the best structure available for both child-rearing and cultural health" ( Colson, Pg. 535) There is no doubt about this. There are millions of families in the States States made up of many different family structures.
