Literate or illiterateWhat use would an essay be if you couldn't read it? When I was young I remember being so excited when I learned to read my first book. This was in first grade and was one of my first chapter books. It took a lot of work and he continually reminded me that I should never give up and this has helped me grow as a person and be successful in my life so far. Throughout life there are many skills and lessons that most people thrive on to survive in today's economy. Most lessons and skills are taught to us through the active education systems in America, be they public or private schools. Success in America depends on our educational systems from which we acquire important literacy skills such as reading and writing. Education in America is extremely important for learning as a child through growing as an adult. Education is applied from the child stage to the adult stage, but during these periods different elements are emphasized and others are improved. At the beginning of education, children are taught basic information. How to write, write and also read. The rules of English are taught although some rules have exceptions such as i before and except after c. Soon these lessons will have them writing complete sentences and thinking complete thoughts. Children are also taught to learn right from wrong in education systems. They are taught to do their jobs, not to steal, and not to look away from others when a test comes up. Also to keep their hands to themselves and if they can't say anything nice, don't say anything. After finishing elementary school, also known as primary school, these students will go to middle school. The same lessons with......half of the paper......each sheet because this allows others to see and learn about other places from a factual point of view. A document like this can help a nation stay out of difficult times and show what the wrong choice is. These written documents help America's success because of the information they contain. They can explain why a nation fell or what made it rise again and succeed. Success in America is incredibly interdependent with the educational and literary systems found here. Throughout life these skills acquired in school continue to be useful and help the success of people and their nation. Through the knowledge and skills provided, these people are more likely to understand and be more ready to help with the economy of where they live. Without these essential components America would not be as successful as it is today.
