Homeschooling, however, prepares children wonderfully for the future and teaches them to enjoy learning. In a survey conducted by Dr. Gary Knowles, assistant professor of education at the University of Michigan, he interviewed more than 50 adults who had been homeschooled as children. “It found that nearly two-thirds of homeschooled adults surveyed owned businesses. From a social point of view, 2/3 of the adults interviewed were married and none were unemployed or on social assistance. Additionally, more than 75% felt that homeschooling helped them learn to interact with others as adults.” If you want to prepare your child well for life, then you should consider homeschooling, or if you can't do that, at least consider enrolling them in a private or charter class.
