The Big Five is the most widely accepted and used personality model. The model consists of broad dimensions of personality traits. These dimensions are: openness to experience/intellect, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. After completing the Big Five personality test, my results were somewhat surprising to me. Overall, I scored low on the Openness to Experience/Intellect, Extraversion, and Neuroticism dimensions and high scores on the Conscientiousness and Agreeableness dimensions. For Openness to Experience/Intellect, my score indicates that I prefer traditional, familiar experiences. While this may be true, it also indicated that I was not creative and had narrow interests. I think I am a very creative person, because some, by allowing them to have a voice, will be able to offer feedback or contributions (positive or negative) that can be decisive in some decision-making processes. I will set an example by being a good role model, so that they not only feel what they are expected to do, but also see. “We must become the change we want to see.” Mahatma Gandhi. By caring about their well-being, I will let them know that they are appreciated and that I genuinely care. It will be very important for me to be a great communicator and keep them informed to satisfy their desire and feeling of being involved in things within the organization. After all, they are a vital part of the organization. Being kept in the dark will be demoralizing for them. I will let them know my open door policy so they can talk to me and I will take the time to listen to not just the words, but the hidden message behind
