Media has become a convenient staple and commodity for global lives that it inadvertently and significantly touches. But what is this incontrovertible influence? They are radio, newspapers, television broadcasts, such as CNN and MTV; Entertaining and informative, the media is a valuable resource for everyone. All this happened during the crucial 20th century, when the skies were full of air raids and on earth there were people full of fear, telling stories of eternal wars. The innate fear of world domination by the Nazis and the annihilation of all humanity with atomic weapons were the main driving forces for the creation of the media; people wanted answers to their questions and needed to be informed of the global chaos. However, as time passed and peace came, the media were then used as a source of entertainment, coinciding with greater access to leisure activities. However, the real origins of this monumental addition to society run much deeper; Economic, political and social tensions were key factors in igniting mass media throughout the 20th century, making it a staple of society and thereafter the opportunity afforded by freedom ignited the entertainment business which, unfortunately, was now suffocated by new social corruptions. In the beginning the only method of communication was through newspapers and physical and oral recitations. When the world entered World War I (WWI) in 1914, everyone fervently sought answers about the war: Which country will be next to be invaded? How many died? What will happen tomorrow? Are we close to the end? Because of these concerns, the newspaper became an information hub that anyone had access to. In this period, it was normal for newspapers to be pr...... means of paper ......ic, social esteem and corruption. The pros and cons are weighed equally. For example, the media allowed critical information to be distributed to apprehensive citizens during the First and Second World Wars, when the world desperately needed to be informed about current events. However, once these horribly destructive wars came to an end, the predicament of escaping the consequences and forgetting the atrocities of war ensued, and that's when leisure media evolved. Because of all the efforts that went into post-war cleanup, people turned to the media for entertainment and lighthearted pleasure. Unfortunately, excessive attention paid to television is what led to the current social recession and made it what it is today. Although, needless to say, through the ups and downs of history, the mass media has been a huge influence and an integral part of it all..
