(Care UK, 2014) Care UK is an organization with over 30 years of experience in managing care homes and providing health and social care. The organization currently owns around 85 residential homes and supports around 17,000 service users through care and support. The aim of the organization is to provide the best service to residents who need support in their daily activities and to help residents live more independent and fulfilling lives. The company's success can be attributed to the contribution of its stakeholders; Managers, service users, life skills support workers, employees, government department, GP practices, hospitals, providers, relatives (Care UK, 2014). The organization's customers are the users of the service; every resident is different and must receive the right care and care plan. Care UK provides six types of care which include: • Dementia care: some residents are living with dementia, this organization has developed a unique approach to ensuring that life skills support workers are well trained and prepared to provide care and support professional.
