The purpose of small group communication recognizes that all leaders are important and valued (Psalm 37:30, NASB). These communication skills are lived out daily, as an example of good communication between church leaders in the service. The shared power of Church leadership should define these very aspects, because God is subject to the use of people, places, and things at any given time. God is the glory to all and sundry in church leadership. The right attitude is another important factor of church leadership, that is, hospitality. The shared power of hospitality in church leadership is healthy for the church. If hospitality is not shared among church leaders, how can it benefit the church? Church leadership is the instrument of hospitality that God uses to draw people into His presence (2 Cor. 5:20, NASB).
