Introduction to Training ProgramThis is my introduction to my 6 week training. My main goals that I intend to achieve with this program are to increase my stamina and speed, which will benefit me in attacking positions in football. My name is Chris Cartlidge, I'm 16 years old and I weigh 9 and a half kilos. I am designing this training program to improve my overall endurance, which will help me maintain a good level of performance throughout the entire 90 minutes of play. it will also describe training principles, fitness components and even diet. To find my current fitness/endurance level I will need to take an open test. The preliminary test I will perform to find out my overall fitness level will be the beep test, this test will give me a level at which I can perform. Then I will take a final test after going through the entire session to see if I improved my score. After taking the final test I will compare them to see how much I have improved. I would describe myself as a normally healthy and fit person. When I go through my training program there will be some factors that will influence my training program.
