I have had many bisexual and homosexual friends. I once experimented with bisexuality, but I don't feel homosexuality is for me. Marrying a woman, I think would leave me wanting more. I have needs that a woman cannot satisfy, including sexual satisfaction. I don't think I've ever met transgender people. I've never understood transgender. As I stated before, I have never been like typical girls. I like men's shirts and jeans. I also like to do things that boys do, but I still consider myself a woman. Therefore, it simply doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I would understand it better if I were a male and acted and dressed like a female. I've seen a lot of headlines in the news recently about transgender children in schools. These headlines are mostly about transgender children using a bathroom or locker room of the gender they identify with. This may sound bad, but I have a problem with this. Not only can this lead to a lot of problems down the road, like kids pretending to be transgender to get into girls' locker rooms, but it could end up putting kids at risk of seeing something they shouldn't see or, even worse, some kind of sexual misconduct. I feel they should be treated fairly; however, I do not agree with letting a person who is anatomically male enter a locker room or bathroom with my teenage daughter and vice versa. I think they should have a private bathroom or changing room or just use the rooms for sex. My husband won't go into my daughter's bedroom with her and put on his tracksuit. (people would be in an uproar if this happened) Why should he be allowed to do this in school? We could go a step further and say: let's make all bathrooms and changing rooms mixed. It sounds ridiculous but it's the same thing and it's unacceptable. We have separate lockers and bathrooms for boys and girls, which is not considered discriminatory. Why don't we add these rooms?
