I have created three stages to become a healthy individual by analyzing my physical, emotional and social life. Emotionally there has been a lot of stress in my life academically, at home and personally. The stress in my life never seems to decrease, however I have a few techniques that help me relax. Training is the best way to release accumulated frustration, stress and physical level. Cooking meals helps me focus on something other than stress, many times I cook complete meals from starter, main course and dessert. When I'm stressed this is my way of staying at peace, however many times I never eat the meal I prepared. Another way I decompress is by volunteering with children with cancer or teaching children to read in local schools. Getting creative with makeup allows me to focus solely on the artwork I'm trying to bring to life. Bringing kindness to others allows me to depress myself but also brings perspective to my life and problems. Each of the elements that depress me also bring me joy, I grew up with the idea that food is how we show love and that healthy cooking can be so much more than just plain and bland. Getting creative with makeup is the same process as painting an artist-like canvas, except my art is on my face. Training gives me the freedom to push my body to its limits, I set physical goals to see if I can achieve them
