The way he writes his article makes it interesting for the audience to read. What makes it more interesting is that the text makes it seem like Agbemabiese is always full of energy and that the audience is told that he is an average, normal and thoughtful character, serious, informative and easy to understand if he were to speak. about these things in the real world. Agbemabiese tells his audience at the beginning of his article on the Ghanaian education movement that: “As excellent as the idea may seem, we must keep in mind that the African continent is dominated by academic institutions shaped by colonialism and organized according to the European model. It therefore appears that our education systems in Africa are an artefact of colonial policies that have also shaped Africa's development path (Agbemabiese, 2010, p. 3).” The way he refers
