Jane Austen was a widely read English writer, whose works in many romantic novels such as "Pride and Prejudice" or "Emma", the have earned a place as one of the best-known writers in English literature. (The Jane Austen Biography) Jane Austen was famous for personifying the female characters in her books as headstrong and headstrong who faced all different kinds of circumstances and backgrounds, but wanted one thing, true love. (Jane Austen Biography Page 2) Furthermore, her realistic thoughts and aggressive comments on socialism have given her historical importance among many people to this day. (The biography of Jane Austen.) Jane Austen, one of seven siblings, came into the world on December 16, 1775, in Steventon, England, to her parents, the Reverend George and Cassandra Austen. (Jane Austen Biography Page 1) As Jane grew up, she was sent to boarding school for a while, but was later homeschooled by her father due to illness. He later returned to boarding school. Jane grew up in an environment that emphasized learning and creative thinking. She was encouraged to read from her father's large library. (Jane Austen) Jane was inspired by the world of stories and began writing in notebooks. In 1790, when he was reaching adulthood, he began to create his own novels and write one of his first books, "Love and Friendship", which was her, mocking a series of love letters. Using that writing structure, he revealed his humor and hatred of romantic frenzy, a unique viewpoint that would eventually inform much of his later writing. Jane Austen even had her own fan club known as the Janeites. Some of his work is also featured in numerous film and television versions of “Emma,” “Mansfield Park,” “Pride and Prejudice,” and “Sense and Sensibility.” ("The Biography of Jane Austen.") Jane Austen is for me one of the best English writers and novelists. He wrote his novels and plays anonymously, not wanting people to know who wrote his masterpieces. After her death, I am happy that her brother Henry revealed that it was Jane who wrote these extraordinary works, after her death. He deserves tons of recognition. Her stories opened my eyes to see that it doesn't always end with a happy ending, it might end with a strong woman who accomplishes many things without true love.
