After reading their dialogues, I gained knowledge about the nature of these topics. I learned that Mathematics other than Science allows us to acquire knowledge that cannot be doubted, because Mathematics other than science does not study existing things, although Mathematics can be applied to existing things. “The alliance between science and mathematics has a long history” (The nature of mathematics). An example of this is shapes on objects, we cannot take the shape out of objects, which means shapes don't really exist, but we can apply them to existing things. Science studies things that exist, and “everything that exists is constantly changing” (Socrates, p. 14), which means that science requires new experiments, studies, etc...
