Generally, tourism can be divided into three, namely ecotourism, rural tourism and agritourism. Ecotourism: Tourism is based on the appreciation of what is responsible and ecologically sustainable. Ecotourism is an environmentally responsible visit to nature (Ceballos and Lascurain, 1996). Tourism based: Tourism and peasant agriculture is based on tourism involving transactions carried out by farmers, whether for personal, educational purposes, for the promotion of agricultural products or to increase the income of agricultural operators. (Hilchey, 1993).Rural Tourism: Rural tourism focuses on aspects outside the city and not available in the city. Lane (1994), by Sharpley and Telfer. et. al (2002) defines rural tourism as “Rural tourism extends beyond farm-based tourism to include special interest nature and ecotourism holidays, walking, mountaineering and equestrian holidays, adventure, sports and health tourism, hunting and fishing, educational trips, art and tourism". cultural tourism and, in some areas, ethnic tourism.'' This means that all activities can be carried out in rural areas because the rural facilities allow the activity to be carried out.2.2 Role of the Human Resource Development Department The Human Resources Officer should play its role in attracting public attention to enter the field of its work. The training offered in the hotel, such as recruitment and employee well-being are all factors that can predispose an individual to work in the hospitality industry According to Dessler (2006) Human Resources Management is very important in any organization such as the hotel industry. Someone who works not just to survive but to improve living standards (Locke, 1996). A job is usually associated with impulse. Impulse is a movement that pushes you to do something at work. Momentum also allows a person to perform an action for a particular purpose. Momentum also allows a subordinate to continue working hard to provide all the skills and knowledge needed to achieve the goal (Hasibuan, 2005). According to Maslow's Hierarchy (1943:1970), it presents a five-story human pyramid to achieve in life. Five stories start with the physiological level or basic needs and at the highest level is the level of self-satisfaction (see Figure 1). This theory explains that the basis of human will is not limited and difficult to satisfy at one time (Hoffman, 1988, p..191)
