But while I was thinking of writing this article, it was difficult for me to choose one, so I asked my sister for help. He said the main personal health behavior I should change is the amount of sugar I consume in a day. At first I didn't agree but then, thinking about it, I realized that I'm a bit greedy. According to the model of transtheoretical stages of change are in precontemplation. The precontemplative phase has been described as “no current intention to change” (Donatelle, page 9). At this point, I didn't realize my problem with consuming too much sugar until someone pointed it out to me. This was not a behavior I had no intention of changing. It affects my daily routine because it gets me excited and then causes a sugar crash right after. I know I need to stop eating too many surgical things. I will change this habit by implementing some things in my daily, weekly and monthly life. First, I will plan how much sugar I can have in a day. Then I will bring pre-packaged food and snacks from home. I can bring healthy snacks such as nuts, vegetables and fruit. I also have the option to have snacks like Nature Valley and other healthy snacks on campus. This will keep me away from sugar
