Positive personalities contribute to the path to success. There are many personality traits, such as openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. For example, both Steve Jobs and Tan Sri Tony Fernandes have personalities such as openness and conscientiousness. However, it is not enough to have only positive personalities, but also a good attitude. Attitude is much more important than personalities. This is because no one is willing to follow an arrogant and self-centered leader. Followers want a leader who can influence and guide them to achieve their shared purpose. Therefore, leaders who have a good attitude will be more successful as people will be more willing to follow them. To demonstrate this, Steve Jobs can be used as a negative example. Since Jobs was an autocratic leader, he always wanted people to simply follow him. So, it can be seen that Jobs' followers will follow him because of his ability to visualize the impossible but not his attitude. Apart from this, experience is also very important.
