Distance learning has helped people who were unable to study due to distance issues and has helped increase literacy rates and higher graduation rates by encouraging more people to learn. Different degree programs are available on the Internet based on the number of educational institutions (Mary F. Ziegler, TP 2014). These learning technologies have provided broad options for the delivery of education between student and teacher without having to meet them in a physical location. But the benefits of each learning model are different and there are some limitations for each educational model (Mary F. Ziegler, TP 2014). Teachers and students can interact with each other via live chat, net-meeting, video conferencing or video streaming. There are almost tutorials available on every topic on the internet for the student to get help from these tutorials. Distance learning has helped people help each other in education by interacting with each other through information technology (Mary F. Ziegler, TP 2014). Developments in information technology over the past two decades have given people around the world the ability to obtain information and interact at remarkable speed. As a result of these developments, the area of ​​online learning, especially for high and medium level, paper-based methods.
