Measuring improvement in outcomes after implementation would be fairly simple as most long-term care facilities maintain reports and statistics on falls for dates, times, locations, causative factors, and injuries. This information can be compared pre-implementation at various levels post-intervention. APA Reference: Pexton, C. (2010). Overcoming barriers to healthcare system change.
