Bring awareness to communities that don't necessarily know how to address health issues. They bring their health services, but they also do other things for the community. Mobile health clinics provide education and training to these communities to help people better understand why they are there and what they are there to do. Education is an important part of what they pass on to the community as a whole. They are educating them on issues concerning themselves and those around them. This way they can take preventative measures to not only better care for themselves, but also the people around them, so that they live not only a healthy lifestyle, but an overall better lifestyle. To reiterate why mobile health clinics are beneficial to the community, a study was conducted in 2014 by the Health Access and Better Impact via Technology and Services (HABITS) for Life program, performed by Brown-Connolly, et al., which showed the benefits of having such clinics and this was done over a three year period, 2009-2012.
