The civil subcontractor, Catcon, completed the work before June 2008 and we have been advised that it has been paid. The electrical subcontractor, Teams Electrical, advised that it has a claim for $2.1m on remeasurement, site instructions and delay claims. Their last payment was 80% paid and they are currently owed $1.45 million for approved work. Insulation and cladding subcontractor Insultech has not had variances approved and is preparing a compensation claim for about $2 million. Tenix has no contractual problems with any of its subcontractors. Is there a contract manager (or administrator) on site and is the subcontract administered by subcontractor or otherwise?
