There are many great reasons why you would want to program in C. The C language is a general-purpose, high-level language. C is also the most widely used programming language and is also the most popular system programming language. It is so popular because it can handle low-level activations and can be compiled on many different computer platforms. I have not had any programming experience with this language prior to this project. However, one thing I realized is that this language is very similar to programming any other language, with just a difference in the syntax. Personally I have past programming experience in Java. Before I started programming in C, I decided to look at the difference between Java programs and C programs. I think this was a great idea because it helped me see C as something that wouldn't be difficult. Java is an object-oriented language and uses the core concepts of inheritance, objects, and classes. Since C is a type of function oriented language and uses the concept of structures and not object oriented. In C you should use the concept of pointers, compared to Java, where there are no pointers currently in use. The major differences between C and Java are object orientation, portability, and speed. The main reason why programmers really like programming in C language, in my opinion, is because you have the ability to be able to read and write program code for many different platforms. For example, the most advanced scientific systems and this is because many of the most advanced scientific systems can be written in C. Furthermore, most operating systems today are created in C. As with other programming languages, the compiler version.. . is in the middle of the paper... extracts code from C libraries. The C programming language requires programmers to handle certain concepts, and in many other programming languages these concepts have been simplified or even automated. These concepts include pointers, memory management, and garbage collection. One of the things that makes C such a great programming language is that it is a multipurpose language. C allows the programmer to scale their program to compile with a very small amount of memory. This is such an important point today because with the current demand for smaller, more portable electronic devices, from cell phones to small medical devices, there is now a renewed interest in keeping memory requirements small for some software. C has been and will continue to be the most efficient language for most programmers who would need to have a lot of control over memory usage.
