In this essay, I would like to discuss the change that party activists today are driven by intentional incentives in several aspects, including its influence on today's political issues and elections. In general, party activists' incentives are changing from material incentives to solidarity incentives. to targeted incentives today. Until thirty years ago it was believed that party activists worked for parties thanks to material or solidarity incentives. For those party activists who worked for parties because of those material incentives, they were worked to gain tangible benefits such as jobs or money if the party won in elections. For those party activists who worked under solidarity incentives, what they wanted from parties were more intangible rewards such as friendship and networking.
