Activity 1: EssayGood communication has the ability to avoid conflicts, as well as resolve them. However, there are many ways in which an ongoing conflict can be resolved. It is always a good idea to make a distinction between the conflict and the person included. This means that you should not blame or make negative comments towards the person. The problem should be clearly stated and you should keep in mind that there is always some kind of positive intention behind people's actions, even if it is poorly expressed. Staying in touch with the person involved can prevent a rapid escalation of the ongoing conflict and trying to find a possible solution that satisfies both parties is always a good idea. Offering to do something (like making amends) can also reduce the depth of the conflict. Furthermore, by showing that you care about the other person involved, the conflict will not escalate as the other person will not feel the need to become defensive towards themselves. It is important to express your point of view in a relationship as it allows for open communication and can constructively improve the relationship as it is equally controlled by both people. Letting someone know how you feel allows the person to understand you and your needs and this can't be done if you don't communicate your opinions. If you feel that something is not right in the relationship, the situation will not improve if you do not talk about it as your partner will not know that what they are doing is wrong. Effective communication will help with the transition from school to after-school care. destination as it will form a cognitive thinking pattern that can help make mature decisions. Practicing good communication will become a habit, and this will help… middle of paper… from banks and other businesses etc. that could help them. The Black List is also provided on the web which allows the entire public to see who has been captured. This creates a sense of public humiliation and shame, which can prevent them from further acts of fraud and corruption (says project manager “Effective leadership, the solution to ending corruption”, ND). (CW Law Document, V2, page 4, PDF) Starting from what we do and our actions, we can start to fight fraud and corruption one by one. By practicing good ethics or following any of the ideas mentioned, South Africa will soon be able to crack down on the devious business of corruption and fraud. It affects all of us, so it's time we all get involved in the fight against this immoral habit.
