Conflict must never be hidden or repressed, because it will cause bigger problems in any relationship. You can resolve the conflict constructively by knowing what caused the conflict. It is always helpful to sit down, before discussing a problem with someone, and understand what went wrong and how it went wrong. Make sure you are calm and calm and you might even try to come up with some solutions while you consider what went wrong. The second way you can resolve conflict is to make sure that you are always willing to listen when you address the issue with the person. To find a solution that is suitable for both sides, both sides must be heard. The final way you can resolve conflict is to never become abusive or emotional when addressing an issue with someone.
