Food is a basic need for every human being. For centuries, humankind has used the food preservation process to preserve food for future use. Conservation is the process that safeguards organic substances from decomposition. The process of preserving food has evolved over time, however they all follow the same basic concept.PRINCIPLES OF STORAGE(1)During the preservation process, food should not be damaged.
