There are some clinics that are already implementing an electronic medical record and this gives a positive impact to medical record management. Apart from reducing the recovery time of patient medical records, the system also helps in managing all medical records efficiently. In addition to this, by using this type of system, it is possible to reduce the use of large spaces. The same goes for costs, the organization (clinic) can save more in terms of stationery and does not have to hire many workers to manage its archives. The electronic medical record (EMR) provides convenient access to clinic staff. It also provides quick access to patient information whenever staff want to retrieve data. Beyond that, the system could help solve record-moving issues and improve the quality of the process at the same time.
