INTRODUCTION In the modern world, stress plays an increasingly important role in everyday life. It affects every aspect of human behavior, including work and social behavior. The real question is what creates this stress and how we can minimize it. This is not a simple answer as the reasons that produce stress are endless. They can be: • work-related • family-oriented • economic • social • health-related • etc. Each of these has a very large impact on both the person affected and their future. society as a whole due to the effects that stress has on the productivity of the person involved. The effects of stress can be represented numerically by economic loss due to reduced productivity, increased absenteeism, etc. The Stress Prevention Activity (SPA) program is a multinational project managed under the EU LEONARDO DA VINCI program and its objective is to raise public awareness of the risks of stress at work and their effective reduction. In this evaluation of the Manual produced by SPA we use as criteria its validity from both a scientific and pedagogical point of view, its suitability for end users and our general opinion on the product with relevance to the specific needs for which it was designed. PRESENTATION The Manual is a tool designed primarily for managers.
