Nowadays, diversity is an important factor within organizational structures as an organization across the world. As we all know, workforce diversity can be defined as a workforce composed of a broad mix of people within a workforce that includes people of a diverse racial, religious and ethical background unit with age, gender and orientation different sexual, dependent mental abilities and different domestic and national cultures.
