In our society we still see women as damsels in distress and never as heroines? If little girls are still taught that they are meant to be the little princesses who get saved, how will that change the way they pursue their dreams, even if they choose to chase a man's dream? Do our stereotypes make girls not negotiate for themselves because they don't see themselves as the person we portray them to be as business people?
