The latest research has shown that bringing pets into the workplace has led to a much happier and less stressed work environment. Scientists found that people who bring their dogs to work reported lower stress throughout the day than employees without dogs or those who had dogs but did not bring them to work (International Journal of Workplace Health Management). Many previous studies have linked the presence of pets to less stress and better health.
